Product works good and is of very good price available here, local looteras were asking 15000 for the same product i got it for 7900 something here super happy with the purchass. The package was dslivered fast and safe, packaging was also ok, delivered to my doorstep and tge next day installed with some plumbing was required too in our house which the installer also helped and made it fully operational for a nominal charge. Water is hot in 15 mins. And is a no nonsense unit go for 2t ltr one it gives one full big bucket of water that two people can use to take bath adding cold water to it. Happy with amazon service and the seller.

Good item very useful for hard water

I purchased this geyser on 27th December 2024. It was working fine until today, when the geyser suddenly fell off the wall/mounting on its own. it was not presently in use since last few months. At the time of the incident, my elder brother was in the washroom and was severely injured. This is an extremely serious safety concern, and it could have resulted in an even more tragic accident. The fall also severely damaged my bathroom fittings, as seen in the enclosed pictures. I want to specifically mention that the geyser was installed by the Havells-authorised team itself. No local technician was involved in the installation... you check the details also .. The fact that a geyser can suddenly fall from its mounting after being properly installed by the company team raises serious concerns about the hanging/mounting quality and overall product safety. I am sharing the pictures of the damaged/fallen geyser for everyone to see.
