Skechers Women's Flex Appeal 4.0 Brilliant View Sneaker

I have always liked Skechers and have worn them for years. I recently suffered an ankle injury and the physiotherapist suggested that I should wear Skechers. When I said I already wear them, she commented that I should wear them more! So I have had to give shoes a rest for a while and wear them all the time - luckily I have a few pairs! It is amazing how much support they give my ankle as opposed to wearing shoes. Ankle injury aside, I would have still have bought these as I was looking for a black pair that were not as “wintry“ as my other black pair of Skechers. I really like the style of these as they look equally as good with jeans, trousers, crops, skirts and dresses. The main thing that sets them apart from other brands though is the comfort which is second to none. There is no breaking in, when you get the right size you just put them on and can forget they are new, apart from the bouncy footbed which is like walking on air. I have had this style before, in a different colour, so I knew I needed to go down half a size for a good fit. Skechers sizing can be a bit random but on the whole you always need to go down, but it could be anything between half a size to two sizes. My whole family love to wear this brand for both the comfort and the style. and the style. They are more expensive than a lot of trainers but having said that, they last so much longer so the value for money is good in the end. I have found that it is much cheaper to buy them from Amazon than it is to buy them from a Skechers store, but I have been known to go in and try them on in the store first, and then see if I can get them from Amazon, and quite often there is a big difference in the price. I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to get a super comfortable pair of trainers, but I should warn you that once you have bought your first pair of Skechers it won’t be your last!

Lovely footwear...so comfortable. Fit is spot on For size 6. Cannot comment on durability as not had long enough. Would definitely buy again.

These are super comfortable (as all skechers are) and look great, but shoelaces keep getting loose and i have to tie them constantly which is annoying. I never had this issue with my other skechers.

These shoes are very reasonably priced usually and when they’re in a sale it’s even better. I got these after experiencing terrible back pain for years. Had a fair few people recommend sketchers brand to me and wanted to see if they lived upto the hype. They’re light weight without feeling cheap, machine washable, and the most comfortable set of trainers I’ve ever worn! I used to wear other major brand trainers but they didn’t help even after claiming that’s what they were for. But these have reduced back pain a hell of a lot! Would absolutely recommend sketchers and will only buy them for myself now.

I fell downstairs on December 4, breaking my left ankle in two places - requiring a major operation and several weeks in hospital. At first I had to wear a plaster of Paris cast and then graduated to a plastic stabilising "boot" which was very uncomfortable. Using these I was mobile with a walking frame. A month ago I was told to wean myself on to more conventional footwear and after literally days of searching the internet I chose these black Skecher trainers, which are soft but supportive. I usually wear size 6 so I ordered 6.5. They proved to be ideal and my physio was impressed. I can walk reasonably comfortably and find that now I sometimes even forget to use the frame. As my foot swells during the day, after a few days I decided to buy another pair in size 7 (under the seven-day free trial scheme) so that I could put the larger shoe on when required but still keep wearing the 6.5 trainer on my "good" foot. The experiment was successful and the not-needed size 7 right shoe now lives in its box in the wardrobe! At the special price of £48.44 a pair I could afford to do this. I recommend these shoes very highly and will probably buy a pair of 6.5 size white ones in the summer which I can wear with dresses and skirts. Hopefully the ankle swelling will have lessened by then.

This is my third pair of Flex Appeal 4.0 in Navy/Blue. They are the perfect everyday shoe with a subtle profile and comfortable cushioning. Go great with jeans. Not a serious walking shoe with athletic bells and whistles, but quite comfortable for leisurely walks, running errands, shopping, etc. So happy to still find them here on Amazon.
