I used this at an airport onetime and now I use it instead of the melatonin gummies this stuff really does the job and puts u to sleep and you don’t feel as exhausted the second day like regular melatonin gummies do. Taste is good but definitely tastes like medicine. I usually have half the bottle as my dosage event though it says the full bottle. U will sleep for 8-12 hours

This works for me. I noticed if I don't close my eyes when I start feeling sleepy ( 15-20 minutes ) I'll be awake for hours, so when you get that drowsy feeling you should go to bed promptly. My problem is with Amazon. Just recently my packages are not being delivered to my address. I live in a condo community and since the delivery pictures mostly suck, I have to walk around for a half hour trying to find my packages. Since Amazon purposefully, and it seems exclusively limits "help" regarding problems with an order because it's all AI you can never get a resolution or make a complaint. I'm seriously considering dropping Amazon not only because of this issue, but also because Amazon is starting to look like Temu. Crappy vendors not being vetted, crappy merchandise, and crappy customer service, which for a billion dollar company is ridiculous and should not be tolerated.

Good sleep Supplement

I tried this on my trip abroad. It works better than taking melatonin tablets by themselves. I was able to fall asleep pretty quickly and did not feel groggy in the morning. When I happen to wake up in the middle of the night, i had to take another half dose to fall back to sleep. I recommend this product. It would be better if the price was lower.

I live on it. Those that say you can’t take them every night, obviously get way more sleep than I do. I am a diagnosed insomniac. Even though I have two prescription sleep pills, I cannot fall asleep without drinking a full bottle of Dream Water. Without it, I’m likely to get 4-5 hours of sleep. With it, 7-10. I’ve tried the packets to save money, but they definitely didn’t have the same effect as the liquid. I take my pills with it approximately 30 minutes before I want to go to bed. As soon as I’m relaxed, I feel it working. Within 10 minutes I’m out like a light. I never wake up feeling hungover or tired. Best part…In case of emergency, you can fight through it to stop you from falling asleep. I wish I had stock in it. I try to buy as many cases as possible. They’re always part of Amazon Days, that saves me a lot of money. If you need sleep and don’t want to take pills, this is definitely worth the try. Enjoy your sleep and your dreams.

I have narcolepsy, whjch means to most of you that all I do is fall asleep all the time. Although that is part of it, what it means is my sleep stages are all mixed up and get triggered in odd times throughout the day and mostly the night. I'm 46 and this really hit when I was 12. I have always had severe insomnia and I "wake up" and have what's known as REM Behavior Disorder off and on all night long until literally an hour before I'm going to wake up for real where I lay down like I never was up at all. (I put a vamera in my room after I had spilled my giant glass of water and even soda with a lid om my dog so manh times she now jumps off the bed if I just reach for my table 😥). So yes I take meds for my sidekock of narcolepsy (cataplexy) which used to put me down all night until they cut my dosage in half becausw the doctors don't care if it's been working for 2 years. I ordered this totally against my best and most educated judgment of all time. Granted I was tired when I drank the first bottle. I remember walking back to my room but not even gettting into bed. And I don't remember what time that was, maybe 10 or 11. I slept like the dead until 5am. That's unheard of. Usually it's 2:30 or 3:30 (lately). This disorder likes to change things up on me all the time. I was wide awake though. IMO this stuff is the real deal. I will definitely do another review when I've finishe more of the box. NOTHING has worked ffor my except a high dose of Clonazepam morning and night. I don't have that camera anymore but I will be getting another onr now that they're cheaper and easy to install. I haven't woken up (sitting up) to my little dog standing on my bed barking at me like crazy in a while so things have settled down for now. Until my next big flare! I really think this stuff works. Moldy, I thought it tasted weird when I drank one and it didn’t help my sleep. I was going to try another one later and looked through after I took off the lid. There was stuff floating. I poured into a plate. Gross!

I've been wanting to try this product for months so I finally broke down and purchased it. When the product arrived, it was in a mailing envelope and the box inside was torn to shreds. I should have taken a picture but I don't normally think about things like that. The flavor isn't terrible, but not something I would choose to drink on a daily basis (has like a fake sweet taste to it, just not for me). Truthfully, I can't really tell a difference. I followed the instructions and normally sleepy time things work for me (teas, homeopathic pills, Tylenol PM). I wanted to try something different but last night I drank the water around 8:45 ( I try to take it between 8 & 9 to give it time to get in my system) and I was awake until after 2 am. The first time I took it I slept but woke up at 3 am ready to go! I'll finish up the product but don't believe I'll be buying it again, especially because it's pretty expensive for 12 bottles that don't help me personally. That being said, I'm sure it works great for others! My brain and body just have this amazing ability to fight sleep.

I bought the Dream Water Sleep Aid Drink in Snoozeberry flavour to help with sleep while travelling, especially on a trip to New Zealand where the time change made it harder to settle into a normal routine. This work pretty great i usually fall asleep 30min after drinking an wake up feeling good but don’t drink too often or you start getting some bonkers up dreams from what I have experienced I’d say space them out between nights instead of every night
