PROS:Great visual aid for healthy choice eating and portion control.Microwaveable!Says "dishwasher safe" but I have only washed by hand.CONS:Scratch easily with utensils.Have a waxy coating I do not care for.Overall, ok plates and great visual aid for autism!

Perfect!
I absolutely love in my plate so far. It forces me to get all the necessary food groups I need within my diet without overdoing one area. I am also a teacher and the last few years have been super stressful which caused me to pick up excess weight. I am evenly portioned however, I am hoping with the reminders of this plate will assist me in loosing weight as well as serve as motivation. The only critique I have is I really wish it had raised divider's between the foods ( for those that are like me and do not like for their foods to touch ). Otherwise, I'm impressed.

No dividers, just a printed graphic
This plate arrived today. I've not eaten off if it yet. This plate is labeled as Dishwasher & Microwave Safe.I am disappointed, I thought this plate would have dividers to aid in measuring like a lunch tray may have. For example if I were to have a cup of fruit, a flat plate is not going to give me the visual clue how high to stack the fruit.It is simply a plastic plate with a graphic printed on it. I will still use it as a teaching tool for my child but I feel ripped off for paying for something I could have made with my laminator. I went back and checked to product description and it doesn't state either way if the plate is completely flat or with distinct sections.

GREAT PORTIONS
In 2020, I lost 32 pounds using a plate similar to this that allowed me to portion control my food and I always felt more in control of what I was eating. It's great- colorful, easy to portion your foods and not overeat.

Vienen 4 piezas, son de plástico y te recuerdan de incluir verduras en tu plato. Como no tiene divisiones es mas facil acomodar la comida, aunque si se mezclan los alimentos
