Great Batteries
Works great and lasts longer than I expected. Fast charge time too. Overall very impressive for a third party battery.

Well worth the risk
Fall of 2016, I purchased a Nikon D500. I knew that the D500 would not allow third party batteries. I also knew that in a short time that the third party companies would crack the code to allow them to sell batteries for the Nikon D500. For Christmas, I was given a present of a Kastar EN-El15 which was supposed to work in my D500. It does work in the camera body only and will not work in my Pixel battery grip and the charge runs out in only a couple hundred shots. I still own a Nikon D600 and five years ago, I purchased Wasabi EN-EL15 batteries for that camera and those batteries are still working great to this day. I tried them in my D500 and they would not work. I waited a couple of months and then contacted Blue Nook (Wasabi) and they informed my that they now have a new version of the EN-EL15 that will work with the D500. I purchased two batteries and they work perfectly. They even work in my Pixel Pro Battery grip. For batteries that work just as good as the OEM Nikon batteries and at 1/3 the price, you cannot afford to not try them out. Just make sure that Blue Nook knows on your purchase order that you are purchasing for a D500, to make sure you get the "new version" and not the "old version". The old version works great on all other Nikons. Just not the D500.

Beats out the OEM in every category!
Replacements for D7XXX, more power and no camera errors because it isn't the overpriced OEM. Tested in D7000, D7100 and D7200 with no errors from the camera. The OEM's are no better, these aren't gonna blow up, or do any of the nightmarish stuff the OEM rumor mill generates. I've used Wasabi's in FX and DX bodies for over 5 years, and no issues. But if you're a believer in the rumors or just filthy rich, then pay the much higher price for the OEM's. BTW, I didn't get these free or was compensated for this review.

They work in Nikon D500
I think these batteries are good. I have not run them through a full cycle, but they work fine in the Nikon D500 and so far as I can tell the battery life is pretty good and you sure can't beat the price. Other reviews say they last as long as the Nikon brand. Not sure, but they last long enough. Update. Still have the same opinion. Batteries seem to last as long as the originals. I won't buy any other kind anymore. By the same token, however I am also still using an original Nikon battery from 5 years ago. So they are good too but too expensive.

Value plus!
After market, Wasabi maid (for Nikon EN-EL 15) battery worked very well in the newer Nikon Zf full frame mirrorless camera which I thought required a Nikon EN-EL 15c equivalent third party battery to work. I used the Wasabi battery of and on for more than a half day with a 3/4 capacity showing at the end. I would assume that it works very well in the Nikon Zf system. A different Wasabi battery also worked on the Mirrorless Nikon Z8 camera. The Nikon EN-EL batteries would not work on either of these cameras. I would say the third party battery, Wasabi is a definite winner on value.

After 4 years they still work great, bought even more
I have cycled these batteries over a hundred times by now and they still work great. I have tried them in all my Nikon DSLRs and had no issues. Having tried other companies for batteries these are far superior. I have several Nikon branded batteries which cost me so much more and yes are better but not by much. I donโt worry about which battery I use Wasabi or Nikon because I trust them just as much. Using battery packs on my cameras I never run out unexpectedly and according to my camera these batteries from 4 years ago still read as new. I shoot about 80,000-110,000 images a year and have no issues. So I recommend saving money and getting more of these.

great batteries
Great batteries. Have been using them with various Nikon cameras for years with no problems. They have great customer service if you do have a problem, hubby had a problem with a battery and the replacement arrived very quickly.

As described, good value, recommended.
Have been using this brand for years and it is reliable. Just replaced 2 cells which I have had for 5 years as they donโt hold the charge too well anymore. Much cheaper than Nikon branded product and last just as well.

not as strong as oem of course
years ago i bought phottix batteries for my cameras. they were great. then i went thru a couple of different brands. Total failure! But wasabi gets some good press. so i ordered 2 for my d800s. they work well, hold a pretty good charge but i noticed once they self-discharge quickly. i generally just leave my cameras turned on and after a couple days found one wasabi totally discharged. recharged and all ok. other than that minor hiccup, i'm very satisfied and have recommended them to other nikon shooters with dslrs.
