Noticeable Results Fast
I love this stuff. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning and can’t tell it’s even in there. I notice a drastic difference when I tamed this vs. when I dont! I definitely go harder at the gym and I can see the difference as well!

A staple for all types of humans
I have used this creatine for a few years now and I like it. TBH I have no clue if this is 3rd party tested and what the purity is but it does make my muscles feel more full and I take an extra 5g for the neurological benefits. They forgot to include my scoop this time around so for that I am sad, but they still get 4 stars. Any transparency into their purity and testing would get them 5 stars.

Over price
I purchased this product but I didn’t notice that it was only 100ml, and for what I paid for it was almost charged as it was a 1000ml I am glad I checked the reviews from this product and I am glad I canceled. I don’t recommend this product.
