Very high-quality keeps tea or coffee hot for more than 12 hours.

For the size definitely worth the cost. I recommend to all if you need hot items inside before you fill add hot water, close lid and wait 15 minutes, empty then refill with your tea or coffee, stays hot longer. I would buy again

this is very good product, except it slipped out of the car trunk and broke the top lid, is it possible to get a replacement for the lid only ?

Very Poor quality
I bought this on march in uae to take it to uk to my family . It doesn’t hold heat for more than 2 hours and the pump mechanism is absolutely garbage . As I took it to uk I couldn’t return the product. I will not recommend this product at all . Very poor quality

Hot water
I need hot water but the water easily get cold. It will not reach for 8 hrs. Only 4 hrs but its not too hot anymore

Got to delivered twice before i get what i wanted.
First delivery was a mess, they delivered defective item, with a big CRACK on the lid.It took them 3 to 4 days to process the replacement even they already got the item a day after the first delivery day.As it is on item, quality is a bit cheap compare to other same price brands.

Broken and used
When i receive the item the base is broken and also itvis used tea redidue is inside which turn into rust..so gross to see inside
