Just add the distilled water and dump your fish in. After a day or 2, the seahorses join the fun in going up and down. My son loves this so much. I love it as well. It's so beautiful and calming. Not too loud but we love the soft rumble, it's perfect. We added the peel and stick mirrors on the walls near it for extra effects. You will not regret this. He loves it so much, I went back and added a 3 yr warranty in case something happened to it. We just added the command stip on the wall as not to lose it. It can be removed but we leave the remote upside down so we don't have to take it off the wall to turn it on.

So i got this tower for my autistic son, and after just a couple of months of use the bubbles were very scarce and the motor wasn’t working right. I contacted the customer service team with the manufacturer, and spoke with Nolan specifically. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about troubleshooting ideas and ways they could help me, and when nothing resolved the issue, he sent us a new one and even covered the shipping because I’m on maternity leave with my youngest and don’t have much extra money at the moment. My son is going to be beyond thrilled. Definitely get this one!

I have no complaints other than some of the fish do no float around they only stay at the top and go no place else. It's not loud grandkids love it !!

I initially had a positive experience with the product and my child was pleased with it. I purchased the model with the bracket. While relocating the device to a different location, I inadvertently disconnected it without realizing that the cable had remained inside. Upon attempting to reconnect it, I discovered that. The cable Seem to be defective. As no cable would snap While disconnecting. Unfortunately, my enjoyment of the product was short-lived, lasting less than two weeks. I reached out to the company to rectify the situation, specifically requesting the replacement of the cable, as these machines require their original cables for optimal functionality. I was willing to cover the shipping costs, but they declined to provide a resolution. Additionally, Amazon was unable to assist in this matter since the seller operates through their platform. Their only recourse was to offer a refund upon return of the product. However, considering the substantial size of the item, I am at a loss as to how I would procure a suitable box for its return. This entire situation is both inconvenient and regrettable.

I have 2 boys on the Autism Spectrum. They are complete opposites of each other especially in regards to their sensory disorder. Sensory seeking and avoidance is a struggle for us! Calming my younger son down when he is over stimulated and in overload is hard and he needs an outlet to decompress. He goes to his room to shut the world out, unwind and unplug from whatever he is going through and slowly de-escalates his meltdown watching his motion lamp. And when he is calming he hums to sooth himself and starts talking about the colors, the movement, the fish, the sound of lamp. He will stay awake watching this thing all night if he could but we turn it off once he gets in bed. But for my older son this will put him to sleep like a baby riding in the car. If you or a loved one have a sensory disorder or is on the Autism Spectrum I highly recommend you try one of these lamps even if it's one of the smaller ones. 😉

My daughter loves to watch the bubbles. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's so loud. The hum from it is very distracting while in the room with it. I do like the many color options. It's also hard to use the remote unless you are right next to it.

I absolutely love this bubble tube it has helped my daughter that is possibly autistic with calming her down during meltdowns. It was very easy to assemble and we love the colors and all the fish and critters to go in it. It came with a remote control for convenience. It’s very durable and came with a wall mount so she can’t knock it down it’s very sturdy and strong. I might buy another one for myself.

Perfect. Daughter loves it Quiet. It obviously has a hum but you forget about it it’s so quiet. We even leave it on for a few hours after our daughter goes to bed. Just mesmerizing.

After I found the on/off button. Things worked well LOL

The bubble tube is amazing and my son loves it! It helps him regulate and fall asleep more easily. The only issue was the product didn’t come with the wall bracket. I reached out to Brewish on their website and they sent me one right away, no problem. I’m very impressed with their customer service and will definitely buy more sensory products from them

The above product was set up according to instruction, but not working. What else can we do to make it work?

from the first MOMENT i saw the package I was concerned. The box had a hole in it and the wrap was only on half. I now realize that my blaming of the delivery driver was most likely misplaced. The power supply included didn't work and when I dug out one from another item I saw that the bubbles didnt work at all . After draining it was clear the i wasn't the first person to own this item and it was fixed before sending it on. there was rust and other filth at the bottom. So thank you very much, I feel like a crappy mother as I cannot get emy 5 yr old autistic son to understand that I am not taking it away because of anything he did. merry freaking xmas!
