Would it be worth the time to put it together for a birthday cake topper?

Yes it would be worth it, takes about 20 mins to put together if u don't stop and the scale is perfect for a cake. Push the blades of grass in tight as they tend to pop out. It's a great scene of daryl

What scale is this and the other construction sets? Hoping to add it to my train layout?

It didn't have a scale on box but the walker character is a little over 2 inches tall

Could anyone provide me with the height of the figure and the bike height and length. Thank you.

Figure 2 1/2 inch high on bikeBike 3 1/2 long2 inch high at handle bars

would these building sets work into HO scale scenes/figures?

I’m not really sure what HO scale is but think of Lego’s.
