Yes, it is a good product
This is good stuff. I usually use at least twice the recommended serving. The taste is tolerable. It seems to help with my anxiety which in turn improves the worst of restless leg syndrome.

It has a gritty taste and doesn't dissolve easily
No matter how I did it I couldn't get it to dissolve at all. It was gross. But missed the return window by 3 days. I highly say don't get it
