Soft tulle not stiff.
Decorated my Christmas tree in a romantic theme colored blush_ivory & gold results were so pretty didn't take it down until late January. Reusable! Have also made tutu skirts for my lil girls very easy. Will buy again as there are so many colors to choose from.

This is a good price for the amount of material you get. However it does have a bit of a bad smell upon opening the package, I advice using outdoors if you can. Otherwise it does what's expected for the project.
