The footstool is nice, the color good, and it looks nice. but BUT there were NO LEGS in the box! Amazon says they can't handle missing parts and they'll send a replacement, but I'd have to send this one back. That would be very inconvenient for me because I am handicapped and the whole process of dealing with a return is difficult. All I want are the 4 legs that go with the footstool! Clearly, it is better to buy from a company directly, not through Amazon. Regardless of all the assurance Amazon gives of great customer service, they can't or won't contact the sender and have the 4 legs for the footstool sent to me.

It is a perfect size and the color that went perfectly in my living room. Inexpensive and worth the money. We use them in case we don’t want to put our feet up in the recliner or when we sit in the couch. Will definitely purchase again.

Well made footstool, not really "poof" as it's quite firm when you sit on it. The little zippered compartment that the legs come stored in is quite useful as storage for other things. Just don't forget there're in there. I had it unzipped and upside-down for a couple of weeks to air out the factory chemical smell. There's no smell now.

Great foot stool, goes well with my Ikea Poang chair, tidily fits under it.
