Can I do multiple coats to deepen the color?

I think so. I used them for a simple bible school project but some did place more than one coat which darkened the colors a little.

Do you have to bake the glass or will the paint hold up ok after air drying?

It holds up after air drying. It’s very thin so you’ll have to kind of pool the color if you want it more vibrant.

I need it to end up looking like tint... does it apply evenly?

Window glass paint does look like a tint on glass.

Is the cured paint weather resistant? For an outdoor ornament?

Of course, this glass glass paint is weather resistant, It can be heated, also won't be wash off
