This cream is great if you suffer from bruising, whether you’re an elderly person that takes blood thinners, and you easily hit your hand foot or leg on something and bruise easily. This is a great cream for you if you just naturally bruise easily this is a great cream for bruising it’s a homeopathic remedy. I tend to inject several peptides into my abdomen area for longevity and skin purposes, and I bruise very easily and the bruising takes a long time to go away. This was recommended by a medical aesthetician and it works very well. This brand of products has several different products in their line from dissolvable Arnica tablets that help with bruising and inflammation. They have the gel they have cream. They have a pump that’s for arthritis so these products are all homeopathic. They’re great for bruising inflammation so whether you’re young middle-aged or elderly, you take blood thinners or you bruise easily you get lip filler or Botox. These are great products to help with inflammation and bruising. They’re even great for people that perform athletically in sports or in the gym or if you’ve had several surgeries, they help with bruising and inflammation recovery, great homeopathic products that work comes in tablets, cream gel and pump form odorless non-greasy dries down fast relieves bruising.

This really works for both pain relief and reducing bruising. A paramedic told me about it after I fell and hit my chin on the end of my dresser. The bruise was awful - from my entire chin down my neck. I looked like I’d been in a fight. I had to buy make up to cover it which it barely did. But when I bought this product it started working right away! My bruise actually skipped the yellow phase and it definitely helped with pain. I highly recommend for any and all bruises.

This works if you use it multiple times a day as directed. Could feel immediate cooling and tingling as blood flow increased in the bruised area. Sped up heeling.

Now that I’ve had it for about 6 months and used it several times I feel I can give a decently informed review. Arnica has 3 marketed functions: alleviation of pain, discoloration, and swelling from bruises. Thus, I feel these functions need to be addressed separately. Pain - 4/5, noticeable decrease in pain next day after slathering cream on. Diminishing marginal returns with repeated use. Discoloration- 3/5 I can’t tell to be honest. Maybe? It won’t magically heal bruises overnight obviously. The “ugly” purple discoloration disappeared within a couple uses (over 1-2 days), but hard to say if that would’ve happened anyway. As with any normal bruise, it does stay at the light brown/green stage for a while, and the cream hasn’t shown much efficacy with speeding that process up. However, important to note that, at this stage, I felt very little pain when pressing on bruises treated with this cream compared to equivalent non treated bruises. Swelling- 5/5 this is the real value in my opinion. Not only have I noticed this working on bruises, but I like to put it under my eyes after a bad night of sleep and the puffiness goes down significantly within a couple hours. To be clear, it does not diminish hyperpigmentation, a different component of dark circles (you would need retinal or something similar for that) but the puffiness and swelling are reduced quickly and tremendously.

Simple cream that absorbs fast and feels gentle on skin. I like keeping this around for bruises and minor bumps. Would repurchase.I bought this cream to have on hand for everyday bumps and bruises, and it has been a useful addition to my home care supplies. I bought this and the gel because I kept getting large bruises from hockey pucks during my hockey games. I put the gel on first and then this for extra potency and I am not going to lie I was shocked by how well this worked. My bruises (even old very prominent ones) were about 50-75% better after first applying. It really helps with discoloration and made me feel more comfortable wearing shorts again with large bruises on my legs. I kept applying for several days and the discoloration was nearly gone. The lump from the bruise was still there where I could feel it but all of the colors had faded. I highly recommend this for athletes or anyone looking to heal bruises quickly. I do prefer the gel only because it dries faster, but I do combine both when getting out of the shower whenever possible because I do think they work well together also after the gel dries. I feel i can rub the lotion in more than the gel
