It's a great product and with great functionality however after two months the screen glitched and you can't see what's on even though the music is working. Very disappointed

My girls got these for Christmas and they were thrilled. We put on some audiobooks and music and they loved them. Unfortunately, they stopped charging 2 months later. The port doesn't like any of my chargers anymore. The girls are upset and bummed that they no longer work. I would strongly advise against purchasing one. Spend a little more money on a different mp3 player and you'll be happier.Update: the seller/company contacted me and sent me two replacements. I haven't set them up yet or used them yet. However, I give them 5 stars for customer service. They reached out to me and made things right. After we try the new mp3 players, I'll change the overall rating if the 2nd sets do better than the first set.

Achèté en décembre 2023, ne fonctionne déjà plus. Est-ce possible d’avoir un échange avec un autre ?Mise à jour 11/03/2024 : Le SAV me répond « faites des mise à jour » mais l’appareil ne fonctionne plus … aucune nouvelle de leur part, aucun échange, aucun remboursement. L’appareil a fonctionné 2 semaines.Je déconseille fortement.

Para niño de 6 años perfecto, tuvo otro igual desde los 4 años con un resultado perfecto, y le encanta se ha entretenido con el muchisimo, espero que este salga igual de bueno😊
