Really nice bird house, easy to fit. Birds have noticed it, hopefully they will use it soon!

Mixed feelings about these really. Not bad for the price paid for two but not great. You get what you pay for with these. If your totally not bothered about the overall quality and just want to put something up for the birds, go for it. If you want something a little better, pay the same or a little extra and get one, a better one.

Bought these as the Bluetits look like they were about to nest in my air vent, put one of the two near to where they were going,... The build of these is poor, gaps in the joints and the paint used for the roof has run down the side of the box, it says suitable for Robins but it's not! If you just want a basic cheap bird box then this will do, but nothing has set up the nest in it yet!

Absolutely lovely and well made. Easy to hang and look nice too. It wasn’t long before they had residents this year so I’m hoping they will get take up for a good few more years.

I bought two a week or so ago. Lovely little nest boxes (without the perch). So, I ordered two more. Terrible. The second two had a perch but entirely different quality. Two screws to the hinges were not in line and just split the wood (so did not hold), the drilled out holes split the wood inside and I had to break sharp bits off, the screws to hold the roof down were not straight and screwed down. However worst of all was the terrible chemical smell. They seem to have been varnished with something and I have aired them, soaked them in water overnight twice but I cannot get rid of it. It is very strong. I doubt whether any birds will go near them. I guess you get what you pay for but such a shame these boxes did not compare in any way in quality to the first two bought.

Very well built however no perch no stain look like it was built from 2 x 4's not pressure treated. The top is stained that's it. I took left over paint I had and painted them Too small for the robins
