Grabbed the N5105, and like other have said it’s great for a mini PC for light use. I’m using it solely for web surf/streaming on a TV. Installed a 1TB SSD, moved media files over, everything’s good. Overall, I was cautiously optimistic and pleased. The bad: Doesn’t multitask - makes sense for a mini- but when it wants to update in the background it will bog down, and watch your core temps rise to 80-90C. I turned off all extras, startups, updates, lowered performance, and it’s still overheating daily while trying to stream from any website. Turned down resolution, only have one tab open, turn off tab refresh and lowered memory usage in chrome dev settings… it just can’t handle it. Makes me wonder what other people are referencing when they say “stays cool.” 6month Update: Overheat shutdowns are the norm now. Streaming from any site causes temps to hit 90*C. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer on their portal, and no response in weeks. At idle loads of less than 30% CPU/GPU, temps stay at 60-70*C, open anything and it redlines and asks to shut down. Thermal management is nonexistent, and it’s going to brick itself within the year from thermal cycling. If you’re only using office suites on a small monitor it might work out okay, but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for any reason.

only boots to bios and does not recognize SSD to boot to windows after only 4 months! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was really impressed with the mini PC out of the box, but after just 4 months it seems the hard drive has failed! PC will only boot to bios now, inside the bios menu in does not recognize the hard drive at all. I reached out to their customer service as this should be well within warranty period and they responded after 2 days asking me to run some diagnostic tests and reinstall windows, as I do not think they understood my original email to them telling it that it would not boot to windows and only to bios. I was hopeful they were actually going to help me, so I replied back with photos and explaining in further detail that I could not run the tests they wanted me to, sent them a video of the PC only booting to bios and now it has been over a week with no response, I have followed up 3 times now but have not heard anything back! Disappointing product and even worse customer service! I can not recommend this mini PC to anyone and would avoid this company due to their poor customer service!

This mini PC was compact, lightweight and showed potential, which is why I decided to buy it. Took four days to receive it from a 2 Day UPS AIR shipment, but that's on UPS. Got it to go through the setup process, which was really slow. But then tried to download with it. It continually "locked up" for minutes at a time. No processing, unable to even move the mouse. The deciding factor to return it, was when I shut it down the first time and then restarted it... There was no way to log in. I understand that this sometimes happens with Windows 10, but my confidence in this machine was gone. I'll stick with the older "Name Brand" Mini PC I've used for the last two years, because I've NEVER had any problems with it. But the return process was really quick and easy with Amazon. Which is why I deal with them.

From day one, it glitched right after I set up and hit the web. It showed an array of colors on the monitor. It did that twice in 3 days. I’m currently in the process of repairing my life since the Lahaina wildfire and it’s aftermath. We lost everything and government forms need to be filled out on a computer, not a phone or tablet. This mini PC was inexpensive enough that I could go without some groceries and buy it. After it glitched the second time, I was going to send it back for an exchange but with all the chaos in the shelters and housing, it slipped my mind for 4 weeks when I needed to print things. Amazon said I only had a month and couldn’t exchange it anymore. So crazy because I just bought it less than 5 months ago. If I had your attention this far, please give me some advice of what I should or need to do. All the ideas that were easy, like write and call the seller, discharging the PC and reset and all that….ive already done that. Anybody think that maybe the RAM got loose and wires not fully attached on the inside? I don’t want to open it just in case.

Disappointing Performance and Build Quality I had high hopes for the HTPCKAMRUI Mini PC, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. 1. **Performance Issues:** Despite the advertised 12GB RAM and 256GB SSD, the device struggles with multitasking. Even basic tasks like web browsing and streaming videos cause noticeable lag. Running more demanding applications is nearly impossible. 2. **Overheating:** The mini PC gets extremely hot during use, even with light workloads. The fan is loud and constantly runs at high speeds, which is distracting and makes me worry about long-term durability. 3. **Build Quality:** The construction feels cheap and flimsy. The ports are not securely fitted, and the overall design lacks the polish I expected for the price. 4. **Software Problems:** Out of the box, the system was slow and bloated with unnecessary pre-installed software. It took hours to clean it up and optimize it for basic use. 5. **Customer Support:** When I reached out to KAMRUI-US for assistance, the response was slow and unhelpful. They didn’t offer any real solutions to the issues I was facing. Overall, this mini PC does not live up to its promises. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient compact computer. Save your money and invest in a better-quality device. ---

Brand new out of the box won't turn on and stay on. Turns itself off within seconds. And of course customer support is unavailable except 8-5 Monday through Friday. So I got this on a Friday and now can't talk to anyone about what's wrong with it until Monday? I don't think so. Returning immediately. Find another manufacturer, unless you want a very expensive paperweight. Port capacity? Would be great if it turned on. Value? Probably good, if it stayed on for more than a few seconds. Compatibility? I have no way to assess, because it turns off after a few seconds. Noise level? Well, it doesn't turn on, so I guess it's very quiet. Compactness? Yeah, it's a small expensive paperweight, so good job! It is impossible to overstate the extent to which this company has failed in this device. If they had sent a box full of excrement, at the very least that might have had some value as fertilizer. This computer is worse than a box full of excrement. Imagine selling a product at this price and it being worse than a box full of excrement. Imagine selling this product and looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking "I'm not a plague on the human species. I've done a good thing. I'll keep doing what I'm doing, making terrible defective products that sell for hundreds of dollars." I attached a video of the computer turning itself off after a few seconds. I'm returning it and praying that whatever god or gods the seller and manufacturer believe in may have mercy on their souls.

We received the pc in February and had great success setting it up. It was a quick set up and easy to use. We had only used it a handful of times to do some quick web browsing and then realized one day that it wouldn’t turn on. I tried troubleshooting but no luck and no light activity of any kind indicating any sort of life. The realization that it wouldn’t turn on was only a month after receiving and of course a few days past the return window. I then contacted the company and it has been a painful process getting any sort of helpful response. The last communication I have from the company is a general survey asking what my preferences are for future development of their products as a response to a follow up email I sent explaining the issue with my current mini pc. I unfortunately felt the need to write this review in order to warn other consumers that I clearly received a faulty product that I am currently stuck with because the company has not made any moves to fix it or make it right.

I wish I could give it zero stars, but this item was horrible. The first one stopped working not even two weeks in on owning it; so I returned it and got a new one. The second one was doing good and (somewhat) better than the first for about two months. Then it started to have problems. First, I thought it was internet issues, then it started to not turn on at all like the first one. Do not buy this PC, it is not worth it: time or money.

Compré esta máquina para las clases en línea de mi hijo y funciona excelente. Me gustó que tiene Windows 10 Pro y no Home como otras máquinas de precio similar. Trae el Windows pre instalado así que no es necesario invertir tiempo en eso. El desempeño es excelente para ejecutar aplicaciones como Office, Teams, Zoom, etc. Tiene 8 GB en RAM y 4 núcleos de procesador. El disco duro es pequeño, pero es de estado sólido y útil para mis propósitos.

Me gustó lo fácil de instalar. El único inconveniente es que mi monitor es anticuado y no tiene entrada HDMI, así que tuve que comprar un adaptador económico.

Excelente producto, llego antes de la fecha estimada, ya la probé funcionando al 100 y muy compacta, cumple con todas mis expectativas 👍

Lo voy a utilizar como servidor en la casa, lo único que no me gustó tanto es que mantiene una temperatura de 60°C en modo pasivo.

Contento con la mini PC, hasta que dejo de funcionar, no reconoce el disco duro interno, solo entra al BIOS, aun si intento re instalar el sistema operativo me dice que no tiene disco duro
