What are they fried in and what salt do you use?

They are fried in pork fat :). These are absolutely delicious! I know the pink salt snd vinegar are pink sea salt.

What’s the difference in taste between the unseasoned in the original?

The unseasoned is just pork rinds and salt and the original is seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and mustard powder.
