Defective product / No returns accepted or no exchange
Defective product.The seller refuses to change it because the return window was closed... sorry it was for renovated my appartment and i didn't see it immediately.For me it is inacceptable!

This product was a perfect replacement for a similar (but poor quality) shower system I had previously. Install was very easy and it looks great! The more modern style is much better than the previous one and the overall design is far superior! I did run into issues with leaks on the showerhead and wand, but they were quickly remedied by the seller. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT - they sent me a whole new unit within days of requesting replacements for the two items.

Poor quality - do not buy
Simple install and Inthought it would be durable since it is listed as an outdoor shower system. However, about two weeks after installing the unit, it started to spray water controllably out the back side of the control valve. I removed the unit to inspect and notice there was a hairline crack in the actual control valve housing that appeared to have been โfixedโ and painted over with black paint. Of course it is now past the return window and I have no recourse.STAY AWAY, DO NOT PURCHASE! Cheaply built

Great product and excellent customer service
As I was remodeling my shower I searched all over for new shower fixtures. I found this rain head shower system and it is great. The functionality and look is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to install and has not disappointed. I did have to contact the company with a few minor questions and the customer service was excellent!
