Great fit/quality and customer service
The quality is fantastic! Arrived in its own storage bag with clear instructions. The fit is very good, and it looks SO good in our truck! We have a 2020 Ram 1500 crew cab with concave rear seats. Just one problem: it looks like there are two rear seat configurations. The seat is split 60/40 on our truck, and 40/60 on others. We got the correct large piece for our configuration, but the 40 piece we received is for the other configuration type. In other words, we still need the small seat piece for the rear DRIVER side, not the rear passenger side. I reached out to the seller, so hopefully they can just send us the right piece without having to do a full return (and possibly end up with the same problem again). Honestly, this is the only issue with them. Once we get this corrected, we absolutely love these covers! I'll be happy to share this to 5 stars. UPDATE: It helps if you don't try to install the seat cover backwards, LOL. 100% user error. Rotated the cover 180 degrees, got everything installed, and it all seems to fit pretty well. Customer services was quick to respond. I really love these covers. The truck is Patriot Blue (dark metallic navy) so the matte black PU leather with subtle blue trim and stitching looks like it was a custom upgrade. Highly recommended.

Rearleft side bottom and has Velcro for center piece that was supposed to have zippers
Front covers fit good, rear covers came with Velcro , supposed to be 2 zippers, left bottom cover has the left piece sewed on the right side of bottom cover, so the left side is not covered and right side can’t Velcro to each other, paid a lot for these to be made wrong
