Review: My favorite pans! - I absolutely love theses pans. This is the 2nd one I've ordered and I plan to get the frying pan as well. You know not to use metal - but don't use a wood spoon either if you want them to hold up for a long time. Use silicon or nylon utensils. Review: I wasn't expecting a removable handle, but it works fine. - After getting a complete set of Healthy Legend pots and pans, I was so pleased that I got this pot as a supplemental small pan. The small size of the box surprised me, until I opened it and discovered the handle separate. My husband likes it though, and he cleans up afterwards so if he's happy, I'm happy. The darker coating inside the pan means I can use it for higher temp browning, and it is just as good and every other pan they make! No treatment required on this pan.

After getting a complete set of Healthy Legend pots and pans, I was so pleased that I got this pot as a supplemental small pan. Good pan but ... PTFE!
Very good pan at what it does, BUT it uses Greblon C3+. Which if you google search and go to the Greblon website you will soon discover that this pan uses a version of Greblon C3+ which is PTFE based. I will be throwing this pan away. Hopefully this will help those health conscious individuals.
