The materials are ok, BUT...there were no instructions in the box, so I spent 20 mins on the internet looking for them online. I did find them. There weren't enough dowels provided and some screws didn't fit very well. The instructions were clear but it was fiddly to put together and I am pretty good at assembly type stuff. I have had other brands of wooden toys and they were better quality and easier to put together. The stickers to label each part are terrible. They have obviously used a cheap type and leave a sticky mess trying to peel them off. You will spend a good amount of time scraping off the remnant of those stickers. I don't like leaving poor reviews, but someone at their side needs to assemble one of these to see their short fallings.

I was a little worried about purchasing this after reading some of the reviews but am really pleased with it. It arrived very well packaged with all pieces present. I put it together yesterday and found it fairly straight forward. The only issue was a couple of the smaller pieces split a little when the screws were put in so take care not to over tighten. It looks lovely and is sturdy, my daughter will be delighted when she opens it on the 25th

Really nice doll bed. Well built and easy to put together. Seen another review where the item came without instructions; my item arrived, too, without instructions so took a bit longer than the suggested 15 mins to assemble! Although customer services did respond after 24 hours with the instructions.

nightmare to setup

The product did not come with any instructions at all. Very disappointing. Need to get the instructions via amazon or the manufacturer. How can they be contacted?
