Amazing Results with Clear Fingerprints
My fingerprints were taken by Identogo with really poor quality, and the FBI rejected them twice! Identogo blamed my fingerprints, but I knew they didn't do a good job. So, I called the FBI to inquire if I could fingerprint myself, and they confirmed it. I completed a couple of 258 forms using this kit, and it was incredibly easy to use. My fingerprints came out clear, and I didn't even use all the ink strips they provided. I suggest having someone assist you in keeping the form in place because it's easy to get ink everywhere. Alternatively, make sure to clean each finger with wet wipes immediately after taking the print. The ink comes off your fingers very easily.

We never used it. Gave it away to a friend. I'm sure it did what it says it does. We will never know who broke the mug. ;\

My first time taking prints at home, success! ATF Form one approved. Yes, it takes longer than digital prints, but I wasn't in a hurry, and it kept the process almost free.

Worked great
Needed to submit some FD-258s, I was able to do all 5 cards with 1 1/2 ink sheets. Was easy to use, ink took some work to clean off but not horrible.

Did What It Was Supposed to Do!
I finally used this fingerprint card and because the directions were great I was able to administer it on myself. I made sure to go online to the FBI and pay online and print out the proper paper (with the barcode from the FBI site) as I completed my application online. I mailed that piece of paper with the barcode from the FBI along with the completed fingerprint card. Once they received it it only took a few days to get my results by email. Highly recommend!!!

Worked for me
Shipped to Aus from US. Arrived within scheduled time. Did the self inking and got my reports from FBI. I sent 2 copies of each hand to ensure one works if other does not. 1 packet worked for 2 people. Will recommend.
