Can you boil them to get rid of rubbery smell?

Hi Char! Thank you for your inquiry. It is normal to have some smell on the silicon products. I have one of these and what I usually do to get the smells out of silicone is to soak your silicone bowl in a 50-50 mixture of white vinegar and water for a while. I hope this helps.

According to the labeling on the box I bought, it’s made in China.

Can you describe the product in more detail for me?

It’s a rubbery placemat with a bowl set inside.

Can you boil them if you don't have a dish washer?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry! Yes, it is safe to boil them for not more than 5 minutes or easily clean them with a sterilizer. Please only use unscented soap when cleaning to avoid the soapy smell.
