Q: How do I know what mm cord to order?

I used this to replace a much (x 4?) thicker cotton cord. It works fine, except that it won't catch the brake / clutch teeth in the thing at the top of the shade which keeps the shade from rolling back down. So I had to find another way to keep the shade rolled up (loop it under the rolled up part, or you could have a bracket to loop it around). Because it's such a great color match and is strong enough, I am not disappointed.

Q: How many feet on a spool

I don't know how many feet are on the spool, but I was able to re-string five bamboo blinds and the spool looks almost as full as it was before I started. It seems to have plenty of string.

Q: Would this product work on coolaroo outdoor shades?

Yes, they are strong enough for any shade. if your shade string is thick, make sure to select the thickset option because there is a variety to choose from.

Q: Can you use with Hunter Douglas pull draw string blinds

The string is very strong. The key is the diameter of the string, and it is important to what you currently have.
