Worked. Can't tell difference
I was skeptical. My mom had replaced her Macbook with new one since her screen broke and Apple Store quoted over $600 just for the part not including labor. My newest mac is from 2013 and is now at the point it wont load certain software. I need a new machine, so this seemed like a good way to save a lot, IF it worked. The price seemed too low for what Apple quoted to do the same thing. I read the reviews and decided to take the plunge. Using a Youtube video I was able to follow the procedure. I had a tool kit but this came with one. One of the bits in the included tools striped, its a softer metal, but that was only program I had. Once I dug the chunk of metal out of the screw with a very sharp tool I was back at it with my tool kit. I finished the job and rebooted, and it works! Screen appears to be OEM to my eyes. I accidently bought a SILVER one and turned out my Macbook is Space Grey. I didn't know what i had, so now I have a two-tone Macbook. Hey, works and looks cool!Screen looks Retina display, can't see any pixels, and seems as bright as old screen was to my eyes. Everything came wrapped up very well and antistatic and protective plastic covered so didn't get finger prints on it till I was finished installing.Saved hundreds of dollars. Got myself a NEW (to me) Macbook Pro, and can upgrade my machine by almost a decade!

Awesome!
I’m a college student. I somehow broke the inside of the screen on the left side of my laptop and this caused the whole screen to glitch. Needing a working computer for class and not wanting to buy AppleCare (and out of the stubbornness of wanting to fix it myself even though I have 0 experience) I bought this because it was the cheapest out of all the options, was marked as an overall pick, and seemed to have good reviews. I followed the tutorial of UberGeeks on YouTube which was super helpful. In terms of ordering I ordered the night before and received it today in the afternoon which was super quick! I really appreciated this because I didn’t want to have to use a public computer for homework. It came in an Amazon box and inside another box with a lot of bubble wrap. I liked that it was super protective, with the amount of bubble wrap wrapped around it, it was super protective. Although it might be wasteful, you can save it to use for future fragile items/for reuse. The screen also came with protective film on each side. It also did come with some mini screwdrivers, but I had bought another kit on Amazon so I didn’t need to use this, but it is probably good for someone who just wants to open their computer/unscrew specific parts for the replacement and just replace the screen. Overall super easy to install with a video, great shipping, and super protective as I was scared the screen might get cracked during delivery. Sending you lots of luck for the replacement process!

Good for a replacement (UPDATE)
Replacement was perfect, everything lined up and it was easy to assemble. The screen itself looks perfect. However, you can tell that it isn't OEM (cause it isn't lol). The paint is a tad rougher than OEM paint. There's a more defined crease on Apple logo and it's a little more difficult to open. I'm guessing the magnetic aspect of the cover is stronger. The screen also seems a tad dimmer than normal, but for a replacement screen it gets the job done.UPDATE:After about two years the screen doesn’t work anymore (shown in picture)

Wow! New Screen Physically and Operationally (Brightness) Indistinguishable from OEM Apple Screen
Based on reviews and the very reasonable price, I was skeptical about the screen quality; however, after two weeks of using the MacBook Air after the screen replacement, I am sold. I was quoted over $600 for the screen and labor from one company and $400 for only the screen from a second company. Using the IFix.com website for instructions and the tiny screwdrivers provided, I changed the screen out in about 30 minutes. It was not hard, but you need to be very careful with all the little screws of various sizes, the ribbon cable connectors for the battery and display, and removing the tiny WiFi antenna connectors. The IFix.com instructions were spot on, including removing certain screws on the hinges first and then opening the screen to a specific position while having the laptop on its side. I would only attempt the screen swap with the iFix.com instructions and tips—the laptop screen is indistinguishable from the Apple OEM. Great product!

Great replacement display
This display came well packaged in bubblewrap and a layer of protective plastic, and even included a basic screwdriver set with the heads needed to work on the MacBook Air. Once installed, the display looks like the original. The webcam and ambient light both worked, and when folded the display turns off as it should. The only aspect that does not work (across all replacement displays, not a fault of this one) is truetone. My display did not have a double of the metal cable covers on the connector board, so be sure to check and transfer them from the original if needed.

Not as bright as OEM
Everything worked well first time out, including the camera, though there are some fiddly parts to the install (not the screen's fault, just lots of very tiny screws). The iFixit instructions were fine, except for a few screws labeled T3 that were actually T4. The black screws holding down the antenna bar in the center were cemented in, and took a lot of downward force to remove without stripping the Torx heads. Only problem: the aftermarket screen is simply not nearly as bright as the OEM Apple screen, and with my old eyes, that's not great.

Works great
I am writing this review a few months after installing the screen. It took about an hour for my husband to install it, but I gotta say to install it, it requires decent knowledge of how to do things like this and a youtube video was a very helpful too. Once everything was installed the screen looked great. So far i have no complaints.. we will see how it holds up, but I am glad I didnt have to buy a new computer and only had to change the screen for less than 200 dollars.Recommend!

Doesn’t Last
Bought in April and by February, the screen detached from the laptop. The product worked perfectly before the adhesive can detached. However, for the money paid, it shouldn’t have came unattached.
