WONT WORK FOR CRICKET
Tried to get me grandma a nice phone and this one didn’t work. I even took it cricket the cell provider and they couldn’t help me. It says into unlocked but you won’t be able to make phones with cricket. It’s a common issue most people had with this phone.

Unboxing review
This phone came in good condition. It came with the charging cable and a sims card tool. The screen and phone were not scratched or cracked. I was able transfer my contacts and photos easily. I have not connected it to my service yet so I can't give a full review, but the unboxing was just as it was advertised.

I bought this phone for my brother and he loves it. He had a little trouble setting it up, though. Great value for the money!
