It’s my understanding that magpul does not make magazines for .338 win mag yet? is this correct?

Go to the Magpul website and ask them if the magazine will handle .338 mag. I have a 7mm magnum the magnum magazine works very well for.

willl emington 700 sps 270 will my rifle fit this stock?

Depends on the caliber. It will only fit Long action bolts (e.g., .30-06). You need a different stock for Short actions (e.g., .308). But designed to fit all 700 platforms with respective action.

Is this Compatible for the Remington 700 without the Detachable magazine but with the internal 4 round clip?

All blind floorplate ADL models will require current factory Remington hinged bottom metal or the optional Magpul Bolt Action Magazine Well 700L Standard or Magnum.
