Do these need to be charged with a usb? also do they only night when stepping or are they permanently on?

No, the shoes don't need to be charged nor do they need batteries. They light up only when walking or running.

How do you fix the lights if they don’t turn on?

Hello, have your child put the shoes on and either walk in them, run or jump around. They should light up with activity. If they don’t return them for another pair.

Q talla es para una niña de 5 años

Mi sobrina tiene 4 y es 8 toddler pienso q un 9 estaría bn

My 3 year old child wears a half size (8.5). Should I buy size 8 or 9?

My opinion is to buy the half size bigger.
