This Digital Caliper exceeded my expectations in both accuracy and build quality.
The sliding action is smooth, the buttons are responsive, and the overall design feels comfortable to use. This is an excellent tool for hobbyists, DIY projects, mechanics, or anyone needing reliable and accurate measurements. Great value for the price and highly recommended. The stainless steel body feels solid, durable, and much more premium than cheaper plastic alternatives. Adoric Digital Caliper- Good for Price.
Seems to be a good tool for the price. I don't use it for critical measurements, mainly on bicycle parts where getting in the ballpark tells me what I need to know. For that and similar purposes it seems adequate.

Accurate enough for me
I enjoy woodworking and have found that have a caliper is very helpful when planing boards but the tool does have a little bit of slop in it. It’s not the most accurate but it’s good enough for uses like this.

Has held up for almost 2 years
When the battery dies (which is frequent, because it appears to be drawing power even while off), you'll get some wonky behavior. A fresh battery will fix it. I store mine in my garage, where it gets quite cold in the winter. I thought it had died after 2 years, but turns out it really only operates well with a fresh battery. Low battery will result in strange behavior and LCD screen randomly flashing unintelligible bits.

Sufficient for measuring gemstones and other household and shop objects
I bought this because it was inexpensive and I need something to measure gemstones to make mountings for them. And there are various other things, metric or English units, such as hardware items and furniture and car parts, that it's just nice to be able to slap a caliper on and take a measurement of right then and there. This unit is a little large and I'd prefer one that's physically smaller. But the price was right, it works great, and it meets my current needs. It seems accurate enough, in under 10mm range, when I checked its results against some gemstones that had already been measured with higher grade calipers. This was affordable and it comes with a nice storage & carrying case. I recommend it.
