Hi Sir, This WPL D12 off road rc car comes with 7.4V 500mah battery.

Do the lights come on front and rear?

Just the front lights they flash until the radio binds with the car.

Can you stiffen the suspension? I want to use it to toe a trailer for my drift car.

I did on mine. I removed the rear leaf spring and bent it more. More curve that solved the weak springs. I know there is upgrades on suspension and motors online. Saw them on YouTube.
