Good film

Different from the book. However, Tom Cruise comes over very well and there are great moments of unease and even terror.

There seems to be a great deal of sniping and attacking of this movie, as if people were expecting something profound and life changing, and not a hollywood blockbuster! D'oh!!!! Hello people, this is a movie about little green men from Mars!!! I for one tend to avoid hollywood summer blockbusters as one does a freshly laid turd on the pavement, but being a sci-fi fan I thought what the hell, it's a Spielberg movie, gotta be better than the likes of Independance day etc....!! if you can leave your expectations at home, and remember this is just a B-Movie with an A++ budget, you will enjoy this! As soon as the action kicks in after the obligatory charachter intro's at the start, it never lets up, I think I left a few finger nails embedded in the armrests of the chair I was sitting in! Great Fx of course, just forget the plot holes and enjoy the ride folks!!!!

Really nice collectors set and looks great in 4k.

Not as good as the original which I actually found scarier. Look out for the original actor Gene Barry right at the end of this modernised film. Still worth a look for any H G Wells fans.

Que puedo decir, la película es excelente, el formato físico muy muy superior al streaming (porque así esta pensado) muchos comentan que el streaming es bueno, pero las tasas de transferencia son muy superiores en el disco, y por as velocidad que tengas de internet, el contenido transmitido es diferente, lo malo, la presentación de la caja, para el costo siguen siendo demasiado simples, pero es lo que hay.
