Q: Is this product good and safe to use?

This product takes all of the "doggy smell" out of the throws and crate bedding in our house. In the past I have purchased products that were made specifically for this that did not work as well. I assume since it is only a washing additive that it is safe for all. I however am not a Dr or a Vet so I will not make a judgement call on that.

Q: Do I just pour it into the detergent section with the detergent mixing the 2 together?

I've used the in-wash odor eliminator for years; started when needing to get urine smell out of my grandmother's clothes. I've always just dumped it in while water is filling along with whatever laundry detergent I'm using. Now I use it with Earth Breeze sheets and it works as well as ever. I've never used the pet odor remover but I'm sure it works just as well. The directions say it's safe to use with all laundry products and the in-wash bottle says it can be mixed with your soap in the dispenser. I just don't like pouring anything directly on clothes. Use it and be happy!
