Got it during a flash sale for a bargain, so far experience is pretty good PS:- after using it for few weeks. 1st, There is a fine gauze polimer filter around the tap. It is supposed to keep fine dirt out, however that dirt accumulates on filter really slow down outflow of water. It's not really possible to clean it. Flow on my jug became so slow that I removed the filter, there really no alternative (I use filtered water to top up jug). 2nd, During heavy usage like filling in bottles, outflow slows down because there is no way to replace air that comes out water, I have to open the cap speed up the things. 3rd, I don't know that's a installation error on my jug or a design feature, but for opening & closing jugs tap turns in opposite direction unlike most other taps, this takes some getting used to and is bit annoying. However I should add I haven't noticed any leaks and jug really insulates well. I add ice to early in the morning and water is pleasantly cold into the evening. Topping it up with small amount of ice twice a day would easily give you cold water for over 24hrs. I'm just kicking myself for not buying 2 more during flash sale, it is worth the money.

Best product water temperature will be same of storage tank after 16 hrs, you will get temprature diffrance of water around 1-2 degree Celsius
