Will this fit a 2013 lincoln mkx

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT buy this OEM style battery terminal. Instead buy the Dorman Top Post Battery Terminal 926-882. The OEM Lincoln battery terminal is 1 not easy to remove the side battery cable and 2 you need a special crimper to crimp the crimp the side battery cable to it.

Does it fit a 2016 explorer xlt?

a better option is 7T4Z-14450-A and here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BKT48D3 Either will work - this one has an extra 8mm bolt you don't need for the '16 Explorer. Thanks for shopping EDS Parts

Will this fit a 2015 Ford F150????

Not sure. It fit a 2013 F-250 perfectly.
