Cuisinart C77SS-13P 13-pc. Graphix Collection Block Set, Stainless Steel

We’ve had these for 6-months and I love them enough to get on here and tell y’all this is a great set for yourself, or to gift to someone else. I could not be happier with this set, I absolutely would buy these again. Super pleased with this purchase, I think the price is really good for the quality and quantity of knives, and have found much to appreciate about this set in the time I’ve had it. Got these for my partner, who wanted the black/metal look, but I really wanted high quality knives that were going to function well and be easy to care for - these delivered all on fronts! I think they look amazing, and they are crazy sharp and I don’t see any rust anywhere. I’m a big fan of Cuisinart products and I am thrilled these knives have not let me down there. I think they are pretty light in weight, which took me some time to adjust too, but now I really appreciate this feature. I hand wash and pat dry, and they are holding up great. I used the small curved knife to zest an entire lemon last night - and I am wildly impressed with that specific event, like the process and the equipment and the results. I recommend anyone out there zesting lemons get your hands on this one knife at least and impress the hell out of yourself like I did. Have not done any deboning with these, but I seriously doubt they would let me down. I love the steak knives being incorporated into the set too, and I love that they are not those crappy, black, plastic-handled kind that just exist to open boxes and go missing and never be available when you are dining. There’s just a lot to fall in love with here.

I've read so many mixed opion on these that I was afraid to purchase at first. These are basically amazing. Mine are very durable, very sharp, The handles and all products looks, cuts and feel amazing. Been using for about 2-3 months now. I do not pit in dishwasher for wash cycle for salts, detergent types, water quality, etc may not be suitable for this particular steel. I've let them soak several times when handwashing in my regular detergent and they still look and feel as good as new. I'm glad I was able to get them for this rate, i saw them in the store a few weeks ago and it was triple in price, saved over 100 bucks. Thanks and it looks perfect in its space. They come packaged well, great for gifting (I would've love if someone would have gifted me these lol) Good price, durable for general kitchen use in home. I'm not sure why some people had mixed reviews or low ratings but they must be cutting pipes or steel and common sense would tell you that this won't work. These cut just about all edible items and will last with CARE of the item. Also looks better in person.

These knives are HIGH quality and very worth the money. The block is also pretty attractive on our counter. Highly recommend.

I love the look, feel, and style of these knives. Pros: Good weight and balance, Excellent Checkering for grip, Look Great, arrived sharp. Popular, so can probably get replacements. Nice to get a set that comes with a bird's beak paring knife. Single piece construction. Cons: Plastic Shears & not take apart, Quality issues out of the gate I will never put these through a dishwasher, but fingers crossed they used a decent stainless steel. First set arrived and had a nasty block and already had damage to the handle of the serrated utility. Had scratches / gouges with a raised burr. I don't know if they were repackaged or came from the factory that way. Went straight to Amazon didn't bother with Cuisinart customer service. I wish this set was bigger. I bought a second pack of matching steak knives to get 12 total, plus I already had the Graphix bread knife. I will probably buy the cleaver and/or nakiri separately to round out the set if they hold up.

We've used pretty much every single knife in this set so far and each one has surprised us with how sharp they are and how light weight each is! We thought it was a little pricey at first but with how sharp and weight of each knife is, there's a reason for the price and its worth it to us! The design isn't too bad either. The last set of knives we had was bought from Ikea and it wasn't as sharp as this set of knives are. We definitely recommend this set of knives to everyone!

Para empezar, se ven muuuuy bonitos, consistentes y fancy? Los compré en oferta y no me arrepiento, tienen excelente filo y la variedad es la adecuada. Dudo tener que comprar nuevos en muchos años, pero volvería a comprarlos sin dudar.
