Great quality coating chocolate. I used these to make chocolate-covered strawberries and they melted smoothly and were very easy to work with. The coating set nicely and the taste was great. Very happy with the results.

I really like these wafers. I just find it a little sketchy everytime I get the bag its in a double, ziploc type bag with a label. But other than that without adding anything its very runny so its perfect light weight chocolate for treats, especially cakepops.

It’s amazing the taste is amazing it’s worth the value, I love the texture it’s really easy to melt, it dries out nicely and it looks smooth I have buy it many times for my chocolate covered strawberries!

I ordered the 5lb bag about a month ago for a cake pop order and it was absolutely perfect. I reordered the same exact thing and tasted the wafers before I melted it and they definitely tasted off like they were spoiled. I have been making cake pops for years and melted the wafers like I normally do but they did not melt correctly. The texture was very very thick and there were chunks throughout. I tried melting another batch but the same thing happened. I tasted the melted chocolate again and it tasted the same as it did before I melted them. It made me sick to my stomach.

These were a hit! I used them to make cake pops and they were super easy to melt, tasted great and were delivered on time. Only complaint is part of the bag was melted, but I melted it anyway so it didn’t matter.
