Perfect for building stamina during workout
Like:All the weight is removable, all 50 lbs is too much right now.Adjust nicely and does not inhibit movements in any direction.Appears and feels well made.Really wears you out during a workout.No more carrying weights, hands freeWay, way, more comfortable than weight in a backpack.Dislike:Looks too much like a bulletproof vest, and seems to freak people out.Materials against you body (against t-shirt) doesn’t breath, and feels sweaty.

It does the job well
I am training for Ultra running events in mountains. I need some added hill training and strenght work along with my endurance training.So far the vest works well.It is very well fitting and does not move greatly.I am only doing stair and hill repeatsNot runningBut I am using the 50lb weight and it is well controlled as I move.I guess the shoulders could be more padded but it is 50 lb??Good product and super service from both Amazon and the product owner.

Great vest and impressive.
This vest made me sweat like never before. Best use for me is while bike riding. I'm 53 and my knees aren't what they were. The face I'm making in the picture is me teasing my wife as she was telling me about how wearing this vest would affect my bad knees. Lol But now while riding. It's must more agreeable biking.

Easy to change the weights
Works fine. The weights are easy to change out. Fits all sizes. I can’t do sit ups with it on but everything else is fine and allows movement.

60 lbs properly balanced is great
Great pack, balance is good. Hurts the shoulders though.. but I guess that would be expected, I just modified pack and added more padding

Great adjustable vest
This weighted vest is a little big for me in the shoulders (115 lb 5'4") but I am very slender and was expecting it. The velcro strap around the middle is great, I was able to get it plenty snug to work out. I love that you can take weights out and add weight as you build strength. It's a bit bulky and I sweat like crazy in it but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I used this vest for years for my weighted pull-ups. This item is a must have for anyone who does weighted calisthenics.
