Is dlc in the form of code or will come installed along with the original game in the disk itself? Like left behind dlc in the last of us remastered?

The iki expansion dlc comes with the base game inside the blu Ray disc. Other small dlc items like horizon zero dawn cross over outfit and other bonus weapons/outfits etc after the expansion release has to be downloaded with an update.
