having trouble getting it back off
gas cap seems of good quality & fits my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer but I'm having trouble taking it back off. Would love to know if anyone else has had the same problem & what they did about it.

Falsely says it will fit my vehicle. It doesn't!
Does not fit correctly on 2006 GMC envoy xl. The strap is the wrong type, The cap itself doesn't fit correctly so it's too hard to turn to close the three times it suggests on the cap. It's too Tall so it holds the gas door open leading it to getting more air which in turn makes the engine light come back on again, which is the whole reason I was getting a new gas cap to begin with. Not only that, I had to cut the last strap to remove it from my vehicle since there was no other way to take it out and so now I can't even use the old one securely. It might fit for other vehicles. It definitely doesn't fit for mine even though it says it does. Waste of time and money.

Just replaced mine on my 2008 Colorado with this one. It actually solved my E=Vap error. Perfect fit with the lanyard tie.

While the cap works beautifully the tether clip did not fit my vehicle. Luckily I have a large stash of all the plastic clips that do fit and jerry-rigged one to work.
