Can this be used to store/protect comic books?

Hi, thank you for our question. 
I think the answer depends on the sizes of your comic book and their thicknesses. I just looked it up that "a standard US comic book page size is 6.875 by 10.438 inches bleed, 6.625 by 10.187 inches trim, with a live image area of around 6 by 9.5 inches. " If your comic book is a standard US comic book size, measuring 6.625 inches x 10.25 inches, then it should fit fine in our sheet protector pockets. 
If yours is not a standard comic book size, please be aware that each of our non-glare sheet protector pocket is measured 8.8" (W) x 11.1" (L), and comfortably fits 10 sheets of standard 8.5x11" letter size paper.

Is there a 30-pocket presentation binder?

I don’t see a 30 pocket from this seller , they have 12,24,48, and 60 only , if you must have a 30 pocket exactly then you might try another seller / brand, I found a 30 pocket presentation folder from this seller Sooez Store , can’t speak for their quality as I didn’t purchase from Sooze , Dunwell brand however I find of high quality

Wanting to put my sons school work in these and complete the worksheets with dry erase markers. Are these sheets smooth enough to write on?

Although you can use both dry erase marker and wet erase marker to write on our Dunwell Presentation Binders sleeves, we recommend using dry erase marker if change is required. Unlike wet erase markers, dry erase markers are alcohol-based, which makes the ink easy to wipe clean with an eraser.

Can you fill the pages with a double-sided document or will you only see one side?
