This review is for YOLEO Adjustable Weight Bench for Home Gym, ASTM-Certified 827LBS, 98% Pre-Assembled, Foldable Gym Bench with 84 Positions Incline Decline Flat, Wider Seat (Size: L). I am so happy with this gym bench. I don’t plan on getting buff but I want to be lean and somewhat ripped and so far, this bench has been phenomenal! It came practically assembled and all I had to do was attach the final ankle piece, which took about a minute to do. I was worried at first because it was so light but once I started using it, it was totally fine. I picked it specifically because I wanted those large flat feet versus the round kinds which I thought may be less stable. Glad I picked this design because it is very stable on my laminate floor and does not wobble at all. I was able to use it in all configurations without any wobbling issues. The only con I found was when doing decline sit ups or similar exercises, while my legs are held in place by the foams, my tail bone lands right in the gap between the seat and back cushion. This feels very uncomfortable because my butt is basically sitting against the metal. I think it’s because the seat may be too short and doesn’t cover this gap? I’m not sure but I got the Size “L” version and I’m 5 ft. 7 in. (or 1.7m) tall. I know the gap is there for the convenience of just folding up the unit and storing it but man, it does get in the way! I’ve been able to, more or less, work around it so not a deal breaker. Other than that, I really should have boughten this much sooner! It’s so easy to adjust both the back and the seat. The cushion is nice and thick and the material is easy to wipe clean. I always put a towel over the entire unit when working out though to protect it from sweat and grime. It’s very light and can be folded up quickly and stored practically anywhere. Overall, I’m really glad I got this bench. I’ve looked at so many models, designs, styles, etc. and I’m glad I went with this one. There may be better models for the pros but for a simple home gym bros, it is really awesome! Note: the 5 stars rating is based on the quality and what I knowingly got for the price I paid! I’ve been very happy with this workout bench and it fits my needs really well. I’m 5'8" and fit on it comfortably, with enough support for the way I train at home. The bench feels sturdy and stable during use, and I like that it gives me incline and flat positions for a good range of exercises. It does not go into a decline position, so that’s worth noting if you specifically want that option. The padding is semi comfortable, the frame feels solid, and the bench has been easy to fold and move when I need to rearrange my space. Overall, it’s a practical, well-built bench that works great for home workouts and feels like a good value for the price. A few additional details that may help: The bench is compact enough for a home gym setup. It works well for presses, dumbbell work, and other basic strength exercises. The adjustable angle settings make it more versatile than a fixed bench. For the footprint and price, it feels like a very solid option for everyday training. It has a fabric handle between the seat and back so you can easily move it around

This is an outstanding bench for the price! It is very stable, the foot rollers don’t wobble when doing crunches, and it was extremely easy to set up. My only mistake was purchasing an XL, which would have saved me $10 if I had purchased the large. I am 5‘11“, and there is still a couple of inches above my head when laying down on the bench. A large size bench would easily accommodate anyone who is 6 feet and below. although I gave it a 5 star rating, because of the stability, ease of use when inclining or declining the bench, and structural integrity of the bench, I would have liked the padding to be a little bit more thicker. Nonetheless, I just place a towel on the bench to absorb the sweat, and to make it a lot more comfortable. it took me a couple weeks to choose a bench, but I’m glad I chose this one. overall, this is a great bench for the price, and I would order it again if I have to purchase another bench, in the far future.

This is a pretty decent product if you know what to expect. This is not a gym size bench. This bench is small enough to fit nicely in any home or apartment, but big and sturdy enough to support your needs. Right out the box it comes mostly put together. You will not need any tools, and setup is less than five minutes. Once fully setup you will notice it is light enough to pick up. It's a little wobblily on its own. Not sure I would be doing any standing exercises on it. Once you sit and put some weight on it, it becomes very sturdy and does not move. The material is solid and feels built for toughness. It does sit a little low to the ground. At 6 feet, i have just enough room to fit my feet behind the supports comfortably. It breaks down to a very compact size, with one flaw. The ankle support has to be screwed in and out every time and can be time staking. Total breakdown is two pull pins and the screw on foot support. I personally will not be screwing the ankle support on and off every time I put it away. Not happening! Overall, it's a good buy and would recommend to the average individual. If you have the space and you're looking to put together you own home gym, this might be a "mid to light" weight option, and you may want to look for something a little bigger. I'm dropping one star for the screw in ankle support stopping its compact put away. Side note, my carpet was showing every white spec in the world today, so I blurred the background to high light the product. The pictures are real!

This weight bench exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy, easy to adjust, and feels very stable during every exercise. The padding is comfortable, and the folding design makes it easy to store when not in use. Excellent quality for the price and a fantastic addition to any home gym.

Very happy with this bench. Versatile and easy to adjust. Easy to assemble and easy enough to fold up and move. The size is perfectly adequate, at least for for 5’10” average build guy. It sits solid on level floor and the quality seems good for home use. Good buy, I’ve already recommended this to friends.

I bought this bench specifically because it mentioned already being put together and for me, that was a huge selling point. I didn't want to have to spend 30 minutes putting it together. Happy to say it was exactly as advertised, it came fully put together and the only thing I needed to do was put the two "pins" in it to hold everything. It is very sturdy, has adjustable height and incline, the cushion is made of quality faux leather material (it does get a bit wrinkly under certain exercises but I just run my hand over it like a shirt and it smooths back out). The width of the seat isn't unfortunately the best for my wife as she has a large rear end, but otherwise it fits me just fine. Very easy to adjust for different exercises and seems safe so far. It folds in half for easy storage.

Super easy to assemble and simple to store. For extra stability, I placed a pair of 20 lb dumbbells on each side at the bottom of the bench, even though it wasn’t required. It’s sturdy, practical, and I definitely recommend it. Muy fácil de armar y sencillo de guardar. El banco en general es bueno, los materiales se notan resistentes, en mi caso mido 176cm y peso 84kg y el banco no se siente tan estable si tomo mancuernas de 45lbs para considerarlo ademas despues de probarlo me iria por la opcion del que tiene extension para el cuello por comodidad.
