This cover works great for under 2 and as long as the cast doesn't go to far up the arm. I found my son's cast was a bit too close to his underarm to get the best fit although it did work. He is a large 18month old and his thumb couldn't stay in the thumb spot and the cover completely cover the cast at the same time. Only problem I had was be careful if you are using the cover at a place that had rough ground or near any rough objects. My son used it a water park where the ground was rough and it caused tiny holes in cover that allows water in.

My little one busted his elbow, We stretched and stretched and tried to get this over his cast. His arm was positioned in a 90° angle cast & ultimately we had to cut it to get it over the cast (or so we thought) still didn’t fit.

No one likes a broken arm, especially when it happens to your 18 month old... in the Summer. This cast cover saved us! It allowed our kiddo to still go in the water, play in the bathtub, and even splash around in the mud without worrying about his cast getting dirty or 'smelly'. We primarily used it for water time, but it was also helpful when there was something a little messier for mealtime! We tried another cast cover, and found this one to be much more fitted and water-tight. Highly recommend (although I hope you don't find yourself needing one!)

This definitely did not fit over my 12 months old arm cast. Barely made it over the hand. I have used similar products below and this is teeny tiny.
