I'll start with the negatives. Like my other Transcend SSD portable drive it gets warm to the touch when operating. Not uncomfortably so but enough to notice. I also have not yet been able to reach the transfer rates shown. Other than that it is identical to my previous portable drive, but with an outer shell that probably absorbs some heat. It is small, lightweight and fits neatly into most places and pockets. You can buy cheaper portable drives but I have not had a Transcend fail yet so you pay your money and take your choice. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to either have a back-up or a handy, take anywhere, portable drive.

SSD Externe 500Go Transcend SSD utilisé en disque système installation/démarrage Windows 10, quelques dossiers des principaux logiciels que j'utilise et aussi quelques fichiers musicaux FLAC pour changer de temps en temps ceux de mon smartphone, en fait c'est une très grosse clé USB et c'est top ! Concernant le taux de transfert en écriture/lecture de ce SSD, pour être honnête je m'en fous complètement, je fais tout le temps autre chose et je ne suis pas les yeux rivés sur l'écran à mater les quelques mesgas/seconde que je pourrais grignoter pour accélérer les SSD/Disques durs externes. ✅ En SSD système, installation Windows 10 très rapide. ✅ Taille carte bancaire, SSD ultra portable. ✅ Celui que j'ai de 500 Go est très largement suffisant pour mon utilité, il n'est pas utilisé pour faire de la sauvegarde donc 500 gigas sont suffisants. ✅ Le fabricant livre avec le SSD deux câbles, un USB 3 et l'autre USB C, je trouve pratique surtout pour ceux qui n'ont pas trop de câbles à disposition chez eux. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation ce SSD, très rapide et surtout d'une taille réduite. Mon commentaire vous a un peu aidé ? Un petit clique "Utile". Merci bien !
