Why is my patch not sticking when I first use it?

Check that you have peeled off the thin plastic film marked with the white arrow to reveal the adhesive. It's cut to match the patch exactly, so it's easy to miss, and the patch won't stick until it's removed.

How do I apply and wear the neck patch for the best results?

The patch is one size fits most, and you can trim it to fit your neck if needed. Apply to clean, dry skin, smoothing it flat so it moulds to the skin. Wear overnight while you sleep, or one to two hours during the day for a quick boost.

How do I keep my patch sticky and lasting between uses?

Gently wash the adhesive side with warm water or our Silicone Patch Cleanser after each use to remove skin cells and dust. Let it air dry sticky side up, then store it sticky side down on the storage card to keep the adhesive lasting longer.
