I Just discovered JB Weld and it's awesome!
Really happy with JB Weld. I saw the "Project Farm" guy from Youtube using it for several applications and I was amazed. Just check out that guy on youtube because for some applications he explain other products may have better results. But over all these works for pretty much anything... it really is like welding stuff together. It doesn't weight much but it's extremely strong! I'm using it and many more things that I thought when I bought it. This stuff cures rock solid, not flexibility what so ever... so if you are looking for some flexibility this is not product... other than that... I LOVE IT! :)

Best epoxy Glue available.
Used this a long time ago. Always worked great. I had a heavy laptop that was dropped face first on the floor and it broke at the hinge area and along the screen. I used the epoxy and a couple of spring clamps and let it dry overnight. The glued area hasn't budged since and the screen opens and closes with no problem.

This Stuff Works!
Whenever I'm stuck with sticking two things together I always head for my J-B Weld. Easy to mix. Make sure you're applying it to clean, oil free surfaces. And, be sure to let it properly cure. Curing time varies. J-B gives its curing times in big print on their packaging. Make sure you follow this simple instruction. J-B Weld has never failed me.

Can't believe it worked!
I have in the past used "two-part epoxy" with somewhat less than stellar results. I have now found my "go to" epoxy. JB Original epoxy! The plastic armrest on a lawn chair snapped as I was opening it. As the chair was old and had given good service I thought that I would just buy another chair. Thankfully, before buying another chair I thought that now would be a good time to try the JB. It performed fantastically! After the curing period of 24hrs, the chair is as good as new. I give "JB" a big two thumbs up.Give it a try.

Works great!!
I was replacing all the cabinet and drawer knobs in my kitchen. There are two false fronts that look like drawers in front of the sink, and they had the old knobs on them that didn't match the new ones. To access the backs so I could attach bolts to hold the new knobs in place, I would have had to remove the sink--obviously, not an option!! So I filled the holes with J-B Weld, stuck the screws through, and taped them in place until it set. The knobs are solidly attached, and even though they get bumped all the time when people are using the sink, they haven't budged.

Works better than spot welding
Used this to fix a broken napkin dispenser. The hinge on the napkin dispenser was spot welded to the body of the dispenser. The welds failed. I used fine steel wool to clean the two surfaces, 91% rubbing alcohol to clean off any residual grease, and used the J-B Weld as directed. Excellent results. Napkin dispenser is roundly abused by customers, but the hinge is still stable.

My favorite epoxy when color is not a concern.
When you need strength this is the epoxy to use in my estimate. I've never had a situation in which it failed to perform. Warning: after it cures the only way to get it off is to use a file, sand paper, or knife. Wipe off excess epoxy with a paper towel and lacquer thinner. If the materials being bonded permit, I bake the bond for a few minutes at 200 or so in the oven. As an experiment I bonded small pieces of aluminum bar and wrought iron and challenged my twin grandsons to break the bond--they worked on it but it held strong.

Strongest Steel Epoxy on the market!
One of the hardware pieces from my bedroom set fell apart. I contacted The Brick to purchase a new part. They refused to help me since I did not purchase the warranty plan. The hardware held up the sliding door to the dresser and it wasn't like I could purchase new knobs or handles - they had to fit the dimensions of the pre-drilled holes etc. In a quandary, I started thinking out of the box and started looking through YouTube and found a fellow who demonstrated how strong JB Weld -the original Steel epoxy. I found it on Amazon, ordered it. It took me a few minutes to follow the directions and less than 24 hours to cure. It worked like a charm...it's been a month (but it looks like it will stay), the door glides smoothly and I am so happy but I will never sit foot in The Brick again. Thank you Amazon and thank you JB Weld. The original JB Weld is the strongest - there are several versions but I wanted the strongest.
