We went camping and tried this product and another product out for dinner. This curry was sooo much better tasting than the other product. It was more expensive than the other product, but worth the price.

Good to keep as reserve for rainy daysOr disaster days.

I have enjoyed these for years. They have been my meals on many trips. Was really bummed that they had to pull the homestlye chicken & rice off the rack, cause some company put out a bunch of infected chicken,,,,that sucks. But the other flavors are great top. The coconut curry chicken and the stroganoff are really good. I’ll be traveling 5 hours in economy seating and I’m not eating a stale hot pocket. I’ll be heating up my water , before we board and then prep my meal and carry it on board. 10 minutes after I get all settled, I can open my packet and have a great lunch. Then when everyone else is waiting for their hot pocket…I’ll be happily snoozing.

While I wouldn't buy it regularly, it will get all five stars from me because it delivers on all promisesFirst of all, it rehydrates evenly and fully. The chicken is tender, as it the rice. The carrots were actually sweet which was a nice surpriseThe coconut flavor really came through and the curry was balanced. Over all, a good flavor profile even if a bit sweeter than what i prefer. Not what i usually go for but a nice change.I'd probably add a touch of salt next time but that's just my preference.But despite it being rather pricey, i'd buy again for variety....for times when i want a little more sweet

10/10 would buy this flavor again. did a backpacking trip and this one was one of my favorite meals of the whole trip. the flavors were incredible and if instructions are followed it should be the right consistency. I did eat the whole bag as one whole meal even though it did say it was 2 servings, no regrets

I ordered a variety of Peak meals for my son to taste test for his AT trip. We both tried this meal and enjoyed the flavor, texture and amount of food in the package. It re-hydrated very well and the taste of coconut and curry was very present. It is a little on the sweet side. There are good pieces of chicken which came out soft and had actual chicken taste unlike some meals that have no taste with the meat.The amount of product was appropriate and left you feeling full long after eating.I would definitely purchase this specific meal again.

Peak is overrated. It was decent and was saving the peak meals for the last few nights of the goat hunt but was pretty unimpressed with it for the price. Other brands are better and cheaper
