I may be a little naive but when I received this set of glazes I read that it is considered underglaze! Is there a regular/overglaze to buy?

It is an underglaze but an additional glaze is not needed. This is color and glaze in one.

How does this glaze come out without a clear glaze on top?

This is a shiny glaze already, not an underglaze.

Great sample pack! Used on pottery for precision painting and they don’t run so that’s a bonus because glazes can be unpredictable. Colours are vibrant at low firing but some of the colours lose their shade at mid range firing - pinks and purples - but this is clearly mentioned upfront so you can’t hold that against the product. Would buy again

Mayco glazes are the best. In my opinion of course. These are great used for detail or underglaze under a clear coat. Clear coat if raw clay shows but these are glossy and beautiful even on their own
