Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour, 16 Ounce Bag (Pack of 6)

Making pet treats with this flour. Oat flour, some sardines or tuna and an egg, bake and voila. Much cheaper than store bought and definitely healthier. Organic, affordable, and pet tabs aren't the only use of course, gluten free don't you know? This bag will go along way for me, and so far my dogs and cats love them, the sardines give lots of benefits with Omega 3 oil as good protein. Great product for my use.

I use this flour in my wheat recipe. I personally like the texture and flavor that it imparts to the bread. I have never used it exclusively for bread so I can't comment on what the results might be. Oat flour is lighter that whole wheat or unbleached, all purpose flours so one may need to use more flour in a stand-alone recipe for a truly oat flour based bread.

I got this flour to add to my wheat breads. It is high quality and tastes great! It worked great in my bread. Sometimes oats can smell dusty or stale to me, but these smell fresh and delicious!

There is really little to say about oat flour! Received just what I wanted. Oat flour is expensive by my standards so I was glad I wasn't disappointed.

This gluten-free flour (except for those with celiac disease as there may be cross contamination) is wonderful. I have been using it for years completely replacing all- purpose flour by using 1 1/2 cups oat flour for each cup of all-purpose flour called for in the recipe. Works perfectly for muffins and cookies. It also lends a great nutty taste to baked goods. I have even created my own recipes and use the flour to make pasta!
