Can you use these to clip a pencil/pen to a 1mm-4mm thick binder cover?

I have not tried it, but I believe that will work fine.

Has anyone tried this on a reMarkable pen? Does it fit?

I found it too big for standard pencil and when I tried squeezing it smaller it broke. Not using anymore. Nothing like the ones you bought years ago

Will these fit the Fisher Space Bullet pen?

Yes, I have one on my space bullet pen. You will need to use a pair of needle nosed pliers to expand the diameter of the sleeve for a correct fit.

Will this work for apple pen 2nd generation?

If they’re slimmer than a regular wooden pencil, no. They are almost too big for them…
